Refund policy
We do hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not please contact us in the first instance if there is a problem with your order. If you would like to return an order, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that personalised items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged. Also due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original payment method. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
